I had a wonderful stay at the hotel due to its peaceful rooms built nearly 15 years ago, which were very comfortable and spacious. The friendly and English-speaking staff made me feel right at home. The location was perfect with direct bus access from Incheon Airport and easy subway connections for exploring Seoul. The dining options were excellent with a variety of Asian and Western choices, although a bit pricey. The facilities were top-notch, especially the Lotte market located on B2. The only downside was the cold room temperature.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which was nice, but they were basic and a bit old. However, having a bathtub in the room was a great bonus. The hotel's accommodations varied without our knowledge, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a warm ambiance that can make sleeping uncomfortable. It's conveniently located with easy access to the airport metro and downtown areas, but would benefit from a deep clean to eliminate lingering odors.
The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to Incheon and Gimpo airports, offering clean and quiet rooms that comfortably accommodated three of us. However, the rooms were quite far from the lift which could be inconvenient at times.
